Ashton Woods needed a little help warming the place up.
The luxury home builder came to Proper Medium in need of an entire new library of marketing assets. But as design leaders themselves, they were done with sterile “home tour” videos. “No more empty homes” was the ask.
That’s when we went to work. Over the course of just a few months (and 1000s of headshots), Proper Medium cast more than 50 real-life family members to star in their new “brand anthem” video & stills collection. The goal was to showcase the warmth and humanity of actual families actually enjoying themselves in Ashton Woods homes–all lovingly shot in Proper Medium’s signature cinematic-documentary style.
The result? Ashton Woods just won a gold OBIE Award for the video at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders annual gala. Home sales are higher than ever. And most importantly, the Ashton Woods brand looks better than ever.
