3 days of filming. A year of content.

The Customer Story Campaign: documentary portraits of the people your bank serves, cut into brand spots, social pieces, email, branch screens and everything in between. No script, no actors.

Who do your lenders tell stories about?

That's where we'd start. Send us a note and we'll talk through what a Customer Story Campaign could look like for your institution.

Why customer films?

Every community bank and credit union says the same true thing: we know our customers by name. The trouble is that it looks exactly like what the big banks say until somebody films it, and one film is not a campaign.

A rate sheet is the same everywhere. A business owner standing in the warehouse he built with your loan is not. These films are how you show the difference instead of claiming it.

How it works

One subject, one day, two of us. We arrive early, follow the person through a real day, sit down with them once for a conversation, and leave before dinner. Two cameras, natural light, no lighting truck in the driveway.

Three films becomes a campaign. The best moments across a series cut together into brand spots: a :60 for the website, a :30 for broadcast and pre-roll, a :15 for paid social. Real customers, real towns, no actors.

The stories don't run out. Every loan file is a potential subject. A series of three to six films is a year of content, and it still looks current three years later.

One film becomes ten pieces. From each day you get a 3-5 minute film plus five to ten short cuts built for social, email, branch screens and the annual meeting, captioned and delivered in every format you post.
